Mason and I made bread today. Thank fully this time he didn't sneak in extra flour. The crust is perfect! Last time it was really hard and tough. I had to let it sit in a ziploc bag for a day to kinda soften it up a bit. I'm also baking a loaf of Cinnamon Dolce bread. I grabbed some cinnamon dolce powder from work (shhh don't tell my boss or Howard Schultz...) Mr. Schultz you can come over for bread if you like. :)
Mason LOVES it when we bake bread. He can smell when it's done and will harass me until it's just cool enough to barely touch so I can slice him a piece.
I love this too. I feel like we are making memories. One day he will tell his kids about when "mom used to bake bread!" Or when he's in college and I send him a loaf. lol.
